Okay, so Kristen Stewart cheats on her boyfriend, who she is not married to, not engaged to, has no real legal bond to, and her career suffers. This is not the first movie she has been rumored to be dropped…

Okay engage my overly opinionated rant mode:

You see I firmly believe that as far as sexism and rights go I definitely stand my ground but I’m not one to riot in the street; not that I don’t have the personality- I actually have the perfect personality for it. But I’m also a firm believer in live and let live; things will come in time and I will always have a plan. Do I still think they’re sexism? Of course I do. Do I riot every ten minutes during the day causing an uproar at a local fast food place because they offered me diet coke instead of regular to just re-enforce the “skinny” lady image? No I don’t.

So here’s my opinion on the aforemention situation. Kristen Stewart was caught cheating on her boyfriend- whom yes she doesn’t have any actual binding to of any legal sort. And she got “kicked” off the sequel due to the bad publicity. First off, any publicity even bad is good publicity. This will blow over like everything else. And when a woman cheats yeah it’s thought of as the worst sin possibly imaginable, why? I haven’t a damn clue, take this for instance: a girl who loses her virginity at a young age is thought of as whore-ish; if a guy were to lose it at the same age it wouldn’t matter. Because guys are the ones who have more “physical” needs than women blah blah blah.

Whatever. But still cheating- without open consent of your significant other; even on the boyfriend/girlfriend level is so wrong. Granted Chris Brown beating Rihanna is wrong and so is what Charlie Sheen did- but two wrongs do not make a right. So I am not going to cry out saying that it should be okay for to cheat, hell no it’s not. Should she be asked to step down, that’s not my place to decide.

You see Chris Brown got away with what he did because the mob known as the human race supported it. They kept buying his albums and listening to his music. Why? Probably because some sick people don’t see anything wrong with what he did. Those women that listen to his music probably say “That bitch deserved it” which is horrible yes; no one deserves to be physically assualted unless acting upon in self defense. As far as Charlie Sheen goes people thought he was so crazy it was entertaining. ENTERTAINING.

You see the market of entertainment is sexist in itself. If you’re a woman image selling to men you need to sexy; similar to most female characters in video games. If you’re a woman image selling to woman you have to be beautiful- elegant even in some cases. Models in catalogs don’t have boobs for two reasons: one is to properly show the designer’s design without interference (and of course to better fit) the other is so woman won’t get jealous, or just find it disgraceful. And the easiest image to sell is the male image- if you appear badass both genders are sold so there’s that.

For example- I sometimes wish I were a guy; main reason is I want that easy to sell voice. Look at all documentaries, all commentaries on youtube, almost all are male. I am conviced if I streamed my video games and commentated on them on youtube I wouldn’t get as many views because I’m a girl. Or I would get flamed on about how shitty my voice sounded, or how I magically weight 300 ilbs because I don’t have a high pitch voice. You get my point.

So it boils down to the fact, because women have this ”mother” image about them- that they are expected to do less wrong. Even in school- girls are held at higher expectations than men; because they “mature” faster. Which is true don’t get me wrong, but I’ll be damn men/boys get away with a lot- but that’s life as it is right now. So it’s not sexism on hollywood’s part, no, they simply cater to the masses- the perspective of a whole lot of people are going to have to change before the media does.

So funny story behind the english cast of Yuri Lowell. So if you’re familar with the Tales franchise then you’ve played Tales of The Abyss, well if you haven’t the voice actor who voices the main character in that game is Yuri Lowenthal. Wow those names look similar lol. The creators actually modeled the name of Yuri in ToV after the voice actor and had planned on him voicing him, but the American’s realized they couldn’t do that because he voiced in Abyss and the Voice Producer told him this when the game was in development and he said “Sorry man, but we did find someone you’ll approve of to do the voice”; luckily Yuri is friends with the current voice actor and he takes it light heartidly- but damn what a slap in the face. To have a character that was named after you and then be told oh yeah…you can’t voice it LOL.

So- My computer~

Alright guys I’ve only really been active during work hours- because I’m given a lot of free time I just troll tumblr for a bit :D. Well I haven’t been able to get on at home because my laptop (Athena, yes I named her…) of three years finally died. Granted I pushed her hard, and I’m surprised she lasted that long really. It was either RAM went bad or the Graphics Card went out and took a piece of the Motherboard with it (I say this because she wouldn’t even turn on after a while). Which replacing anything but RAM on a laptop is a pain.

So instead of spending money on laptop parts I used the money I saved after -cough- gettingkickedout -cough- to build a powerful desktop. And I got her together and I had defective RAM so she was unstable. But I just got the replacement RAM yesterday; and honey you should see her go.

So needless to say I’m am so uber excited :D

With this powerhouse I plan on doing some streaming of some art and even video games. I’ll have a youtube channel with friends- which I will post here so give me heads up if you have any requests of suggestions :D
